Tina Muller is vice president of operations and chief of staff at McAfee. Tina is responsible for global operations and driving strategic efforts that help McAfee become even more agile and efficient while delivering maximum results. Leveraging her deep-rooted consumer expertise and program management skills, Tina is optimizing McAfee mechanisms and ways of working to drive completeness, accuracy, and impact across the company.
Tina has more than 20 years’ experience in operations and project management and joined McAfee from Intuit, where she served as vice president of business operations. In this role, Tina was a key leader in the company’s Consumer Group Senior Leadership Team and played an instrumental part in the company’s continuous growth.
Tina holds a strong track record and reputation for designing and cultivating strategies that drive long-term business growth, improve efficiencies, and increase team engagement. Before Intuit, Tina held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, FleetPride, and PetSmart. Tina also served in the U.S. Air Force. She graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and, later, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, University College.
